About

I help teams get past the pilot stage

I'm Rishabh Banga, founder of RBX Labs.

I work with founders, product teams, and operators who do not need more vague AI strategy. They need clarity on what to build, what to ship first, and how to make the work useful in the real world.

My background spans trust and moderation systems at Kampd, workflow transformation at Copart, responsible AI work at Microsoft, ML pipeline execution with NASA, and telecom-scale operational systems at Ericsson. The common thread is simple: take a messy problem, turn it into a working system, and help the team actually use it.

Product, systems, trust, and enablement in one practice

Beyond shipping products directly, I also advise founders and teams on AI adoption, product strategy, market entry, and operating models through roles with organizations like Twill, Expert Dojo, and TechLeader.

No account managers. No handoff to a junior team. You work directly with the person who built the system.

The work has shown up in systems, metrics, and team adoption

Workflow systems

AI workflow transformation improved throughput by 30% across high-volume operational work.

Teaching and workshops

Ericsson's L&D Rockstar recognition, 692 attendees trained across 606 delivery hours, and Intel-led workshops with institutional partners.

The work sits at the intersection of product, systems, trust, and enablement

RBX Labs is founder-led by design. If we work together, you work directly with the person shaping the product, the system, and the execution path.

01

Trust and moderation

I have built real-time scoring, policy-driven workflows, and ranking logic that improved relevance while reducing manual review.

02

AI workflow systems

I design internal tools, copilots, operating models, and decision structures that help teams move from experimentation to something they can actually run.

03

Product and go-to-market

The work does not stop at the feature. I have worked across onboarding, packaging, activation, and GTM so what gets built can also land with real users.

04

Teaching, workshops, and enablement

Awarded Ericsson's L&D Rockstar recognition after delivering 606 hours of sessions for 692 attendees, alongside Intel-led workshops with BITS Pilani, CHARUSAT, and KreativDistrikt.

I also help people and teams build the confidence to use this work well

Current and ongoing

Teaching, workshops, and sponsored programs

Part of the value I bring is not just building the system, but helping people understand how to work with it. I currently volunteer as a Section Leader for Stanford's Code in Place, supporting the first half of CS106A through intro Python teaching, debugging help, and guided problem-solving.

I have also delivered AI and innovation workshops with Intel and institutional partners such as BITS Pilani, CHARUSAT, and KreativDistrikt, along with long-form technical training through Ericsson that led to the L&D Rockstar award after 606 hours of sessions delivered for 692 attendees.

That work is backed by public references and credentials, including Ericsson recognition, BITS Pilani workshop, CHARUSAT workshop, KreativDistrikt session, and Adobe Creative Educator certification for AI-powered tools.
