Delete Your Network Guardian Account
This page explains how a Network Guardian user can request deletion of their account and associated data from RBX Labs.
Request account deletion:
email [email protected]
with the subject line Network Guardian Account Deletion Request.
Steps to Request Deletion
- Send an email to [email protected] from the email address associated with your Network Guardian account.
- Use the subject line Network Guardian Account Deletion Request.
- Include your full name and the email address used in the app so RBX Labs can verify the request.
- RBX Labs may contact you to confirm the request before deletion is completed.
Data Deleted When Your Account Is Deleted
- Account profile information associated with your Network Guardian login.
- Authentication-linked identifiers used to provide access to the app.
- Saved account preferences and account-linked app settings.
- Account-linked scan history, trust activity, and related service records, except where retention is required for security, billing, or legal compliance.
Data That May Be Retained
- Security logs, fraud-prevention records, and abuse-investigation records.
- Transaction, invoicing, or tax records where retention is legally required.
- Minimal records needed to demonstrate compliance with a deletion request.
- Encrypted or disaster-recovery backups that are overwritten on a rolling basis.
Retention Period After Deletion Request
RBX Labs aims to complete verified deletion requests within a reasonable operational period. Some retained records may be kept longer if required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or security purposes. Backup copies may persist for up to 30 days before normal overwrite cycles remove them.
Need to Delete Only Some Data?
If you do not want to delete your full Network Guardian account, you can request deletion of certain data categories instead. See Network Guardian data deletion requests.
