Request Deletion of Certain Network Guardian Data
Network Guardian users can request deletion of some data without deleting their full account.
Request selective data deletion:

with the subject line Network Guardian Data Deletion Request.
Steps to Request Data Deletion
- Email [email protected] from the email address associated with your Network Guardian account.
- Use the subject line Network Guardian Data Deletion Request.
- Describe which data you want deleted, for example:
- scan history
- saved preferences
- support submissions
- other account-linked records you want reviewed
- RBX Labs may contact you to confirm the request and the exact scope before deletion is completed.
Examples of Data You Can Request to Delete Without Removing Your Account
- Account-linked scan history and related trust activity records.
- Saved app preferences or account-linked configuration data.
- Support-request content you submitted directly to RBX Labs, where deletion is operationally and legally possible.
Data That May Still Be Kept
- Core account records needed to keep your Network Guardian account active.
- Security, abuse-prevention, and fraud-investigation records.
- Records required for legal, tax, billing, or dispute-resolution purposes.
- Backup copies that are removed on a rolling overwrite basis, generally within 30 days.
